With over 18 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, Ultan brings a wealth of experience as an Executive Coach and Business Consultant. The son of a School Principal and Teacher, he brings fresh insights and perspectives to people development and is passionate about helping people to realise their full potential.
Ultan combines his extensive business experience, understanding of leadership and advanced coaching skills to deliver personalised and realistic solutions. His goal is to develop energetic, effective performers who deliver high impact results. Through a process of reflection and exploration, he enables clients to uncover hidden talents and guides them on how to leverage these for maximum impact.
Ultan provides a stimulating, challenging and supportive environment where clients can reflect on what is happening in their world, have the freedom to vent and share issues and define their goals. This approach has consistently resulted in real growth and career success.
